What is Knobs?

Knobs is one workspace that thinks with you: mail, chat, tasks, docs, sheets, file storage, and calendar in a single app, on your own domain, with AI built into the places where it actually saves you time.

Your own address, instantly

Every workspace gets its own mail domain the moment it’s created:

• your-team.knobs.io is provisioned automatically at sign-up — you can send and receive mail immediately, with zero DNS work.
• Your own custom domain (like yourcompany.com) can be connected whenever you’re ready. Knobs walks you through the DNS records with live verification. See Custom domains.

Your knobs address is also your login — there’s no separate account email. A personal email or phone number is kept only as a recovery contact.

Built for people running more than one thing

A single account can belong to many workspaces — one per company, client, or side project, each with its own domain, members, and billing. The workspace switcher moves between them in a click, and the All Domains view rolls unread mail, mentions, and tasks from every workspace into one list, each item badged with where it came from.
